Shipping Policy

DM Stores delivers premium sarees and shirts across India. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier network. Remote areas may take a little longer. During festive seasons such as Diwali, some delay is possible because of high order volumes.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is shown on the product, cart or checkout page.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive the courier name and tracking details by email or SMS.

Delivery address

Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may contact you or return the parcel to us.

Damaged or wrong parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@dmstores.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (preferably an unboxing video). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

We currently ship within India only.
